Step 2: We design the moment
Greetings, messaging, and movement are programmed around your brand and rehearsed before show day. We handle transport, staging, charging, the safety plan, and the certificate of insurance your venue requires.
Step 3: Showtime
We deliver, set up, and run the robot start to finish. Your guests get the moment. Your team gets the conversations it starts. We handle teardown and load-out when the floor closes.

What does a humanoid robot rental cost in Las Vegas?
A standard deployment starts at $7,000 for the first day, all in with tax included. That covers mobilization, custom programming, the robot, a certified operator, and breakdown. Each additional day at the same event is $3,800, tax included. A 10 percent retainer holds your date.
Which robot do you bring?
Our current event robot is the Unitree G1 EDU. It greets guests, waves them in, poses for photos, and carries your messaging, all programmed around your brand before the event.
Is an operator included?
Always. Every booking includes a trained operator on site the whole time. We never send a robot out bare, and we never leave your team to run it.
What do you need from us?
Your date, your venue, and your goals. We handle delivery, setup, charging, the safety plan, insurance paperwork, and teardown.
